The short version

Almost everything on Cloudtool runs entirely in your browser. Calculators, generators, and converters process your input locally on your device — we don't see your birth date, your password ideas, your bill amounts, or anything else you type into a tool. There's nothing to collect because it never leaves your browser.

What we do collect

Contact form submissions: If you fill out our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, solely to respond to your inquiry.

Basic analytics: Like most websites, we may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited and roughly how many people use the site. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.

Cookies / local storage: We use your browser's local storage to remember your theme and text-size preference (so the site looks the way you left it next time). This stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't require account creation. We don't track you across other websites. We don't store the inputs you type into our calculators or generators on any server.

Third-party services

Some tools load resources from third-party content delivery networks (for fonts or small libraries like our QR code generator). These requests follow standard web behavior and are not used to identify you personally.

Children's privacy

Cloudtool is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
